Techs 2 Go was founded in 2004, to be the number 1 destination in the Richfield area for computer repair. Discouraged by the way large IT companies (GEEKs) treated their clients, Henry Gabrielson founded Techs 2 Go. During the beginning, Henry would travel to client’s locations and fix computer issues. Still hearing stories about GEEK/NERDS who would take customers machines for weeks at a time, overcharge, and worse ship their systems out of state; he decided to open a retail location in 2006. Once open, customers began to flock in, enjoying our speedy and low-priced service. Around 2008, Henry realized the huge need for small to medium-sized businesses who could not handle or afford their own IT department. Beginning with a few hand-picked clients, Henry started really making an impression on the Twin Cities business community.
Now 2011, Techs 2 Go employees 5 people, has a leading edge computer repair facility and more corporate clients than ever. We are just now introducing our new IT NOW program, a small business IT and monitoring service anyone can afford. With our flat-rate and speedy service our walk-in customers have never been happier.
